When what used to work no longer does, clarity matters.
For people in transition who are ready to face where they are — and choose their next step consciously.
Personal Arc (contained, grounded)
My path has been shaped by lived experience, challenge, and a long-term commitment to personal, recovery, and service.
I’m originally from the Maltese Islands and have lived on Gozo for many years. Over time, I was drawn toward ways of working that emphasised education, accountability, and embodied awareness rather than explanation alone.
This led me into extended periods of learning with indigenous communities in South America, where sound, ritual, and relationship were held as practical ways of re-membering balance and connection — not as belief systems, but as a way of life.
For more than a decade, I’ve been working within retreat environments, offering educational spaces, coaching conversations, sound-based practices, and community circles. My focus has always been on creating environments where people feel grounded, included, and able to engage with themselves honestly.
Sound remains an important part of how I work — through flute, drum, silence, and attentive presence — supporting reflection and integration beyond words.
Alongside this, my long-standing engagement with embodied recovery work continues to inform how I coach and educate others: with humility, responsibility, and respect for each person’s pace.
This is the work I now offer — for those who are ready to understand where they are, orient themselves, and move forward consciously.

Philosophy
I work with people in transition — moments where something has completed or is currently being completed, but what comes next is not yet clear.
My work combines education, coaching, and grounded relational presence.
Not to fix or diagnose — but to help people see clearly, understand what’s happening, and take responsibility for their next step.
Much of my approach centres on orientation:
learning to listen more honestly, recognise patterns, and respond with intention rather than habit.
Nothing needs to be forced. Nothing needs to be performed.
Clarity emerges through presence, understanding, re - memberance and choice.
